The InfoRapid Cardfile System is an electronic database
system for managing text and images. Arrange your documents in
chapters and open them from a table of contents. The integrated full
text search engine permits fast and simple retrieval of all documents.
Use
the program as a digital photo album. Enter a description and the date
and time you created the photo. The information is stored together with
a small preview image in the database. Insert hyperlinks directly into
the images.
Easily create your personal knowledgebase with the
"Auto Insert from Clipboard" function. All texts and pictures you copy
to the clipboard are automatically inserted into the database as new
index "cards". The first text line is taken as the card name and is
shown in the Index Tree.
The InfoRapid Cardfile System works
together perfectly with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
files can be imported, edited and retrieved by the full text search. Do
this with documents created with other word processing or spreadsheet
programs too, provided that they support OLE.
